As the Master Licensee of Asia Coaching Training, Business Coach, Consultant, Entrepreneur, Trainer, and Director of Harness Potential Associates Pte Ltd and Higher Profits Action Pte Ltd, Andy Ng helps companies to improve their profits, cashflow, systems and teamwork. He does this through his Group Coaching and one-to-one coaching programs

Andy Ng is trained as a CPA in Singapore. He also holds a MBA from the Heriot Watt University of United Kingdom.

Andy used to be the Director of Finance, Human Resource/Admin. of the world's 5^th largest computer networking equipment supplier - Allied Telesyn International (Asia) Pte Ltd. The Group enjoys annual turnover of US$420 million employing 1,300 staff worldwide. Andy’s other experiences include Financial Analysis at Chase Manhattan Bank, Management Consultancy at KPMG Consulting, Sales at Vickers Ballas Holdings Ltd and Auditing at Deloitte & Touche.

Andy teaches at commercial schools in subjects leading to the Monetary Authority of Singapore examinations. He also trains companies on financial analysis, investment, human resource management, public speaking, sales, management and personal effectiveness. Currently he is speaking/training for several companies in industries including stockbroking, real estate, automobile, network marketing, labour union, financial planning, accounting, education and manufacturing. The public seminars conducted by Andy are highly popular, and have attracted big institutions like SIA, NUS, Ricoh, AIA, Great Eastern Life, Singapore Post and SCCCI. Some of the seminars are also featured on the radio. Andy is also a Certified Trainer of the American Management Association (AMA) to conduct on its behalf management training in Singapore and the region. Other than that, Andy is certified as an Advanced Toastmaster (Silver) by Toastmasters International (USA).
